Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Retail Sales

As a Mobile Associate - Store-in-Store (SiS), you will be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, bringing energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction. Job Responsibilities Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a highly‑traffic retail environment. Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits. Complete training on the T‑Mobile store‑in‑store experience, new skills, products and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. Continuously learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers. Engage customers to exceed expectations, attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, handle Be Back processes, and build relationships. Education High School Diploma/GED (Required) Work Experience At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred). Passion for customer advocacy, balancing customer experience and performance goals (Required). Team‑building experience: willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, share best practices and resolve issues (Required). Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required). Other Requirements At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel No travel required. Compensation Hourly base pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. After 90 days of employment, Mobile Associates receive training pay and can promote to the Mobile Expert role with an annual incentive target of $18,000 per year. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
