You will be responsible for not only engaging in direct sales but also assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing the store’s operations. Key Responsibilities Sales Excellence: Actively engage in selling products, understanding customer needs, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Team Support: Support the SM and ASM in managing the store team, including helping with training and development. Operational Assistance: Assist in daily store operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. Customer Service: Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing customer questions and resolving issues promptly. Inventory Management: Help manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and ensuring product availability. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards and product displays. Performance Tracking: Help monitor sales performance and contribute to meeting store targets. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a supervisory role. Proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership potential with a team-oriented mindset. Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management. High school diploma required; some college or retail management training preferred.
