The Opportunity

As part of the Managed Services team you own the delivery of exceptional service across a portfolio of managed-services accounts. As a Director, you set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and maintain executive-level client relations while mentoring the future generation of leaders. Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration of cloud and network architecture solutions

• Drive business development initiatives to enhance service offerings

• Foster relationships with key stakeholders to support project success

• Promote innovative solutions that leverage technology for efficiency

• Evaluate market trends to identify growth opportunities

• Maintain adherence to professional standards and firm policies

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree

• At least 8 years of experience with 5 years or more in delivery/operations leadership for managed services or cloud/infrastructure solutions

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Information Technology, Engineering preferred

• Demonstrating thought leadership in managed-services delivery

• Managing client governance and operational review processes

• Driving customer satisfaction and retention metrics

• Coordinating cross-functional delivery execution

• Supporting RFP/proposal reviews and contract negotiations

• Developing standardized onboarding and operational playbooks

• Promoting operational readiness and continuous improvement

• Managing and coaching onshore delivery teams

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
