Laboratory Support & Patient Services Specialist

Merrimack Health is seeking a Support Service Specialist to assist both Pre-Analytical and Analytical areas, ensuring smooth laboratory operations for high-quality patient care.

You will greet patients, confirm identity with two identifiers, perform registration and test expediting, and ensure insurance eligibility is current at every encounter. Additionally, you will educate patients on specimen collection and coordinate specimen packaging and shipment to the reference lab.
