Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will support Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, assisting with gait and balance training, therapeutic exercises, patient/family education, and accurate documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a nurturing, dynamic environment that prioritizes patient-centered care and offers strong professional growth within our leading post-acute healthcare network.
