We are hiring a dependable Non CDL Driver for local residential and commercial deliveries in the Puget Sound region. This role is ideal for drivers with box truck experience who are comfortable handling heavy items and providing professional customer service.
About the Role
As a Non CDL Driver , you will operate a 26’ box truck with a lift gate to complete multi-stop deliveries of furniture, appliances, medical equipment, and other consumer goods. This is a hands-on delivery position requiring attention to detail, efficiency, and customer interaction.
Daily Responsibilities
Operate a 26’ box truck with lift gate safely and efficiently
Complete 15–20 delivery stops per day
Perform touch freight deliveries at every stop
Load and unload freight using a dolly, pallet jack, or lift gate
Complete light assembly and in-home staging (as needed)
Deliver a professional, customer-focused white glove experience
Schedule & Pay
$25/hr – Day Shift
Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
Start time: 8:00 AM
Consistent local routes with home daily schedule

12 months of verified box truck driving experience within the last 5 years
Valid driver’s license and clean MVR preferred
Ability to lift and handle freight safely
Strong communication and customer service skills

Non CDL Driver Requirements
MUST have 12 months of professional non CDL box truck delivery experience within the last 5 years
Experience must be verifiable with previous employers
Valid driver’s license required
Current DOT medical card required
Clean MVR and strong safety record preferred
Consistent work history required
White glove delivery experience is a plus
