Your roleKey responsibilities in your new roleLead inclusive business development and marketing strategy to drive sales of Infineon products in the Robotics segment, partnering with sales and product line teamsDefine and deploy the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and coordinate its regional execution for Robotics customersOwn market analysis, competitor landscape, and product gap analysis to guide strategy and decisionsBuild, manage, and present the opportunity pipeline to executives with clear, data-driven updatesCollaborate with product lines, sales, and field application engineers to showcase value propositions and system solutions, accelerating product adoption and business growthCreate comprehensive market studies and models for Robotics-related Infineon products in the AmericasServe as a key member of the regional marketing team, driving innovation and influencing application and product roadmapsYour profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed B.S./M.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience7+ years in product marketing, business development, or sales, with exposure to analog, mixed-signal, and sensor productsStrong technical understanding of power, motor drives, battery management, sensors, embedded systems, and connectivity to enable salesMarket and competitive insight: knowledge of the competitive landscape, key market players, and the semiconductor supply chain and manufacturing processesInclusive communication and collaboration: solid interpersonal skills to engage customers, present product and system offerings, and partner with Infineon Sales and product linesLeadership and urgency: ability to lead with a strong sense of urgency to solve complex business challenges and drive outcomesGrowth mindset: self-motivated to learn, adapt, and take on new topics as business needs evolveAdditional information by location Infineon welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
