Crew Member The Crew Member is responsible for taking customer orders at the front counter or drive-thru, handling payments, and ensuring a positive guest experience. They must be friendly, accurate, and efficient while maintaining cleanliness in the front-of-house area. Basic customer service and communication skills are essential.
