The pay range is $106,000.00 - $212,000.00. Responsibilities As a Store Director, your day‑to‑day activities will include: Cultivate a guest‑centric and engaged team—deliver guest experience commitments and build a culture that relentlessly delivers the guest experience standard. Hold direct reports accountable through consistent operations, performance management, and recognition. Celebrate wins, align the team, and prioritize actions that drive results and elevate the guest experience. Engage with the local community to represent the brand and build connections. Drive accountability through clear expectations and performance management. Partner with HR to create and deliver sustainable talent strategies that fuel career progression. Recruit, hire, and retain a passionate team with area‑specific knowledge and expertise. Oversee scheduling to meet business needs while ensuring a consistent guest experience. Own and implement leadership schedules that align with guest and business needs. Promote inclusivity and equitable experiences. Invest in team training and ensure timely completion. Balance in‑store and digital guest engagement to meet sales and operational goals. Review financial and performance metrics, identify gaps, and take action to improve. Build and execute plans for operational efficiency and future growth. Leverage operational data to make informed decisions. Lead a culture of financial accountability and payroll management. Assess competition and use guest feedback to drive business decisions. Establish safety culture and performance, respond to incidents, and maintain accountability. Validate security culture and merchandise protection strategies. Assume store‑level leadership on duty (LOD) responsibilities during assigned shifts.
