Must-Have Skills/Experience: Duties will include setting up and operating devices such as therapeutic gas administration apparatus and mechanical ventilators. Providing emergency care, such as external cardiac massage, artificial respiration, or assistance with cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Maintaining charts that contain patient identification and therapy information. Works in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Required experience includes respiratory care, emergency care, and intensive care experience. Strong knowledge of pulmonary function and pulmonary rehabilitation is essential. Experience with respiratory equipment is necessary. Basic nursery experience is a plus.

Description: This position involves providing care to patients requiring respiratory therapy. You will set up and manage ventilators and other equipment to assist patients with respiratory issues. Emergency care responsibilities may include performing CPR and other lifesaving techniques. The role requires the documentation of patient treatment and progress. A collaborative approach with the healthcare team is essential in delivering quality patient care. Ongoing education and awareness of best practices in respiratory care are expected.
