Job Summary Sr. Director of Food & Nutrition, Orlando, FL (Relocation Required) This is a high-impact leadership role for someone ready to own the operation, lead from the front, and elevate a healthcare dining program. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day food & nutrition operations Own P&L, budgeting, and cost control Deliver top-tier food quality and service standards Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance Build strong client relationships Hire, coach, and develop your team Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years leadership experience 2–4 years in foodservice operations Strong knowledge of quality, cost control, and sanitation P&L experience preferred ServSafe® a plus Proactive, hands‑on leadership style Why This Role Own the operation – high visibility, real impact Competitive compensation + bonus Relocation assistance to Orlando Requirement Must be open to relocating to the Orlando, FL market.
