Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, minimizing wait times, and addressing banking needs. Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions while handling cash and maintaining accurate cash‑drawer balances. Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, compliance, and risk‑management protocols to prevent fraudulent situations. Recognize opportunities and cross‑sell bank products to deepen customer relationships. Engage customers using digital tools and educate them on self‑service options. Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area, creating a welcoming environment for customers. Support nearby branch locations as needed based on business necessity. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Minimum 6 months of cash‑handling experience. Minimum 6 months of demonstrated customer‑service experience. Excellent customer‑service skills and a passion for helping others. Ability to identify and elevate risk concerns to appropriate channels. Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures. Effective listening and communication skills. Comfortable using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement. Energetic, organized, and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Strong accuracy and attention to detail. Computer proficiency and basic math skills. Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings. Bilingual Spanish language skills – preferred. Preferred Qualifications Established work history demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education. Experience with Microsoft Office products. Compensation Base pay range: Minimum $30,000.00 USD – Maximum $47,000.00 USD. The range reflects an annualized salary for a 40‑hour work week. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors.
