CDL A Yard Jockey

Responsibilities * McDonald's largest distributer worldwide * No route driving, on-site yard work only * Set schedule: Sunday-Wednesday, 4:00pm-4:00am * 3 weeks paid time off (PTO) within your first year * 3 consecutive days off weekly * Paid weekly * Benefits package includes buy not limited to: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Life Insurance and 401(k) Position Responsibilities: * The CDL A Yard Jockey maneuvers and back trailers into loading docks, opens bay doors, prepare trailer, and assist in loading/unloading product * Maneuver trailers into parking slips to ensure there is no traffic back up in the yard * The CDL A Yard Jockey follows all safety protocols including performing safety checks to secure trailer and operating all equipment in a safe and professional manner * Use other warehouse equipment to help load products into trailers * Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure they are clean and in good working condition * Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Education and Experience: * Must be 21 years of age * Must have a valid Class A driver's license and 0 to 1 plus years of specific driving experience * Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds Preferred Education and Experience: * High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) Essential Information for Our Employees At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
