Qualifications Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois with Speech‑Language Pathology endorsement required Ability to pass a fingerprint criminal background check Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families Knowledge of evidence‑based speech and language interventions and assessment practices Job Description Speech and Language Pathologist.
