Legal Counsel

Role Brief:

Brillio is building a legal function that operates as a business enabler. This role is designed for an early‑career lawyer who wants to work directly with business teams on contracts, deals, and decisions.

What you will do?

• Review and negotiate contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements)
• Partner with sales, finance, and delivery teams on deal execution
• Evaluate and prioritize legal risk vs business outcomes
• Build and improve templates, clause libraries, and playbooks
• Support compliance areas (data privacy, employment, cross‑border basics)
• Contribute to legal operations efficiency (standardization, speed, simplification)

What we are looking for?

• 0-2 years of experience in corporate law (contracts‑focused)
• Graduate from a top‑tier law school
• Exposure to contract drafting/review through internships or early roles
• Strong structured thinking and communication clarity
• Should be able to demonstrate experience working with AI tools
• A qualified lawyer
• Willingness to work out of office
• US Citizen/GC holder

Good to have?

• Experience in corporate law firms or in‑house teams
• Exposure to technology, consulting, or startup environments
• Familiarity with cross‑border contracts / global work

$75,000 - $90,000 a year
