The Doubletree by Hilton Rosemont hotel is located one mile from O'Hare International Airport and just minutes from the Kennedy Expressway and CTA Blue line.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to We Proudly Serve Starbucks recipes and quality standards.
- Handle cash and credit transactions following company cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked caf area, including dining, condiment, and preparation stations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Support daily caf operations, including opening and closing duties.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to guests when requested.
- Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays
Uphold all brand policies, appearance standards, and customer service expectations
