As a Food Runner, you'll be the vital connection between our kitchen and dining room, ensuring every dish reaches our guests quickly, accurately, and with exceptional presentation. What You'll Do Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and professionally. Act as a key communication link between Front of House and Back of House teams. Prepare dining areas before service, including setting tables and stocking supplies. Maintain clean, organized, and guest‑ready dining spaces throughout service. Remove used dishes, utensils, and glassware as needed. Reset and prepare tables efficiently for incoming guests. Assist servers by responding to guest needs and communicating special requests. Ensure food presentation meets company standards before leaving the kitchen. Follow all health, sanitation, and food safety procedures. Help create a seamless and memorable dining experience for every guest. What We're Looking For At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy service periods. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow. Professional, dependable, and punctual work ethic. Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to carry trays and lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
