HR Operations Specialist (Fully Remote)

This position supports HR operations, including HRIS maintenance, employee records, and new hire orientation. The role partners with HR leadership on benefits, payroll, compliance, and policy updates. Responsibilities: Maintain HR files, I-9 records, background screenings, and offboarding processes. Approve employee self-service changes and document payroll changes. Assist with compliance reporting and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: High School diploma plus 5 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in benefits and payroll. Experience with ADP, Workday, or Paylocity is preferred. Advanced computer skills in MS Office and HRIS systems are required.
