What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble and develop advanced production machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Support the development of new products and manufacturing processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve machine performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Work closely with engineers and technical teams to bring ideas from concept to reality.
• Take ownership of projects that directly influence manufacturing success.

What You Bring

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with pneumatics and PLCs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for hands on problem solving.
• Ability to diagnose issues and develop practical solutions.

Extra Credit

• Experience with vision systems or automated inspection equipment.
• Automation, manufacturing, or machine development.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orange City, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
