Annual salary: $335,998, along with a $30,000 sign-on bonus.

Highlights

OB/GYN Highlights:

• Become part of a team of four OB/GYNs.
• Receive exceptional support and mentorship within the group.
• The facility also includes Midwives, Neonatologists, and NNPs.
• Deliveries and surgeries take place at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center, a 109-bed, level III trauma center, with approximately 650 deliveries each year.
• On-call rotation of 1:5.
• Utilization of robotic surgery.
• Experience with EPIC EMR.
• Join a nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and integrated service lines.
• Access DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool that integrates with Epic, enhancing clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and signature.
• Work in an environment that prioritizes safe and equitable care for all patients.

OB Hospitalist Highlights:

• Flexible 12 or 24-hour shifts.
• Collaborate with a team of four full-time OB/GYN Physicians and Certified Nurse Midwives.
• Aurora Medical Center - Lakeland handles around 650 deliveries annually.
• Level 2 NICU available.
• Emergency Department GYN coverage provided.
• Deliver on-site hospital care for obstetric and gynecological patients.
• This is a hospital-exclusive position.
• Responsibilities include both OB and GYN patient care, working alongside CNMs.
• Access to sub-specialists such as Gyn/Onc, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Urogynecology.
• Join a dedicated and collegial team.
• Strong support staff available.

Training and/or Experience Required

• MD/DO degree.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible.
