Athletic Trainer at Providence Health Plaza - Full-Time, Day Schedule $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible rehires and external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions of payment. They coordinate activities that include injury prevention, immediate assessment, evaluation, treatment of injuries, and appropriate triage of injuries. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field or equivalent education/experience Oregon Athletic Trainer License upon hire National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire Board of Certification membership upon hire Department of Human Services criminal background check as required by company policy and state regulations Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience working as an athletic trainer in a school or college environment Providence is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
