Vice President of Engineering

Create a ground-breaking product which will shape the future of protecting digital intellectual property at all points in its life cycle from concept, design and creation all the way to physical manufacturing. You will work with the CTO to further envision and architect our core MVP and then orchestrate the successful development and delivery of the product. You will coordinate the entire development process, manage people, timelines, deliverables, QA, scalability and security architecture. Duties and Responsibilities Continued… Hire and build a strong team of engineers to deliver these solutions Create a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous excitement about our product Orchestrate delivery of product from engineers internal and external to company Explore and innovate new technologies, features, and tools Have results driven personality, high enthusiasm, energy, and confidence Qualifications BS/MS/PHD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, EE or related field (Equivalent experience will be considered as well) 7-10+ years software development experience Deep understanding of operating system architectures (Windows 10 a plus) Deep understanding of Cloud platforms (preferably AWS) Client/Server architectures and SSL/TLS network communications Multi-platform development, both Windows (Client) and Linux (Server) Demonstrated success managing a team of engineers Strong track record of leadership and technological innovation and success Strong knowledge of SCRUM and agile methodologies Travel up and down stack with ease Ability to thrive in a startup environment Ability to build a strong loyal team Bonus Qualifications Background in encryption, privacy and security Cryptography, including symmetric and asymmetric encryption, hash algorithms, key generation, key management, and digital signatures Deep technical understanding of common security vulnerabilities and risks, as well as countermeasures and compensating controls Specific programming languages: C/C++, .NET and Python Strong understanding of Virtualization, Sandboxing, Emulation Experience building application metadata Extra Bonus Qualifications Knowledge of 3D Design, CAD, and or Unity Knowledge of AR/VR Interest in ML, AI and Blockchain technologies Job Type: Full-time Salary: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year Experience: Software Development: 7 years Education: Bachelor's Well qualified professionals please forward current resume along with compensation requirements in complete confidence to Robert Martin – Engineering Division Group Manager at View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Pailin Group Psc
