Now hiring Material Handler Location: Alexandria, MN Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour + $2.25 shift differential Monday Wednesday (6:30 PM 6:30 AM) + Thursdays (6:30 PM 12:30 AM) No Clockwatchers. Just Movers, Stackers, and Go-Getters. This isn't just another warehouse job. It's where the work you do actually matters. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred Skills & Abilities: Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to identify and address safety concerns Experience using inspection equipment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Basic math skills Ability to read die drawings and inspect parts to specifications Team-oriented with strong communication skills Self-motivated and able to multitask effectively Willingness to participate in additional training (e.g., Extrusion 101) Ability to assist with preventive maintenance Ability to properly identify materials

Responsibilities: Prioritize safety at all times; follow all company safety programs and guidelines Support company values, objectives, and operational strategies Cross-train across multiple functions within the department Review and verify manufacturing orders to meet internal and customer specifications Inspect aluminum extrusions prior to entering aging ovens Follow all department processes, procedures, and performance metrics Ensure quality standards are consistently met Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles Meet production schedules to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction Provide continuous improvement ideas to enhance processes and efficiency Support press operations in all necessary capacities
