The Staffing Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring proper staffing.
The responsibilities will include:
Ensures proper staffing is kept at all times in the facility to meet the needs of the Residents while in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as budget and census guidelines.
Help the BOM with HR responsibilities
Qualifications:
Highschool Diploma/Equivalent
Computer Skills - Microsoft Word/Excel
SNF/LTC Experience
