Job Summary Providing substitute counseling services ensures uninterrupted access to critical academic and social-emotional supports for students. Adequate counseling coverage supports students attendance, academic progress, graduation readiness, and overall well-being. Maintaining continuity of counseling services is particularly important for students identified as at-risk, English learners, students with disabilities, and those requiring postsecondary planning support.
