Job Description: We are looking for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to work in an Acute Care and/or Home Health setting. The OT will be responsible for:

• Conducting evaluations, treatments, and discharges
• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Developing and implementing individualized plans of care to restore maximum function due to injury, disease, or physical disability
• Coordinating with assistants to ensure effective execution of treatment plans and achieving patient’s maximum function

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy school
• Must be licensed by the State of Ohio OTPTAT Board or in the process of obtaining licensure
