Associate Account Manager

Innovien Solutions is currently hiring an Associate Account Manager as we accelerate toward our next major growth milestone. With massive enterprise accounts and a rapidly growing AI practice, we are building the team that will take us to the next level. Charlotte is a key market for us — with key accounts — therefore there is an opportunity to take ownership of these relationships and build pipeline in one of the fastest-growing tech markets in the Southeast. ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: Ideally between 1-4 years in staffing/HR, B2B sales, Account Management, or Business Development experience — full sales lifecycle ownershi[ Proven track record building and developing external client relationships from either soft relationships or brand new relationships Comfortable setting sales meetings and possesses the ability to run client discovery meetings selling staffing offerings from technical to functional capabilities Excellent communication skills and professional presence that exudes a "must work with" personality ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for account activity, pipeline development, and relationship growth Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound outreach, and client discovery meetings across target accounts in the Charlotte market and beyond Execute the full sales lifecycle — from initial outreach and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close — with a strong sense of ownership and urgency Build and maintain deep knowledge of client needs, organizational structures, and buying cycles to position Innovien's staffing and solutions offerings effectively Collaborate with internal delivery and recruiting teams to ensure client satisfaction, drive repeat business, and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts #J-18808-Ljbffr
