Handyman - Project Lead

Supervise, coordinate, and support a team of handyman and maintenance techniciansAssign daily work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and client needsInspect completed work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are metPerform hands-on repairs and maintenance tasks as needed (plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.)Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot on-site issuesTrain and mentor junior technicians to improve skill level and productivityMaintain accurate records of work orders, materials used, and job completion statusEnsure all tools, equipment, and company vehicles are properly maintainedCoordinate with vendors and subcontractors when necessaryEnforce OSHA safety standards and company safety protocolsCommunicate regularly with management regarding project status and workforce needs3–7 years of general maintenance, handyman, or facilities repair experience1–3 years of supervisory or lead technician experience preferredStrong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairsAbility to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or service instructionsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectivelyValid driver’s license with clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditionsOSHA certification (preferred but not required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
