Manufacturing Machine Operator

Adecco Staffing is working with a growing food manufacturing company in Greenville, NH to hire Machine Operators for 1st Shift. This is a full-time opportunity offering a 4-day work week, competitive pay, and overtime opportunities. Position: Machine Operator Shift: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience) Why Work Here? • Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week • Full-time, stable employment • Overtime opportunities available • Growing company with long-term career potential • Team-oriented work environment • Hands-on role with opportunities to learn new skills Job Duties: • Set up, operate, and monitor food processing and packaging equipment • Ensure products are manufactured according to quality and food safety standards • Supply materials to production lines and monitor machine performance • Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and packaging accuracy • Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records • Perform routine machine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate larger concerns to maintenance • Assist with product changeovers and machine adjustments • Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily goals • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Requirements: • Previous manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, production, or food production experience preferred • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to read and follow work instructions • Reliable attendance and positive attitude • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment • Ability to work in a food production environment while following safety and sanitation procedures If you are interested in this position, please apply using the link provided and be sure to include an updated resume.
