Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population includes individuals with substance use disorders at various stages of recovery, many of whom may also be managing co-occurring mental health conditions. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing culturally competent care and taking into account the unique challenges associated with addiction.

Qualifications\n

  • Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Hold a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California.

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of substance use disorders and effective treatment modalities that prioritize recovery-oriented approaches.

  • Have proven experience delivering individual and group therapy, specifically in contexts related to addiction treatment.
  • \n
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging clients with empathy and positivity.

  • Show a strong commitment to maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality while building trusting relationships with clients.

  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications relevant to mental health practice.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Previous work with detoxification programs and knowledge of medical management during the recovery process is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
