Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Immediate travel contract opportunity supporting patients in Albuquerque, NM. Important Requirements:

• RN needs at least 12 months home health experience within the last 3 years.
• Oasis and HCHB experience is required
• Monday - Friday. Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Must meet minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week
• Greater Albuquerque area

Pay:

• $15/hr taxed + $39.00/hr per diem (Travel pay package if qualified)
• $54/hr - Local pay package
• Mileage reimbursement for patient-related travel

Work Schedule:

• 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
• 40 hours per week
• On call: no

Contract Details:

• 13 week contract (possible extension)
• Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit

• Empower patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management
• Case manage and provide clinical oversight to interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Current RN License
• Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years.
• OASIS experience required
• Hands-on HCHB experience required
• Current driver's license
• American Heart Association BLS
