Position Overview

As an Audi Brand Specialist, you will serve as a trusted automotive consultant, guiding clients through every step of the vehicle purchasing process while embodying the values and standards of the Audi brand. The ideal candidate is a polished, self-motivated sales professional with a proven record of success and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

This opportunity is ideally suited for individuals with previous automotive sales experience, particularly within luxury, premium, or high-end brands. Candidates who bring an established client base and a proven book of business are strongly encouraged to apply.

What We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of successful automotive sales experience
• Luxury or premium automotive sales experience highly preferred
• Established book of business and repeat/referral customer network preferred
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand environment
• Exceptional customer service and client follow-up abilities
• High level of personal accountability and self-motivation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong technology and CRM proficiency
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing clients
• Deliver a premium, personalized sales experience that exceeds customer expectations
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Audi vehicles, technology, and ownership benefits
• Prospect, develop, and grow a loyal client base through networking, referrals, and follow-up
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
• Maintain accurate customer records within dealership CRM systems
• Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to overall dealership success
• Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings
