What You'll Do as a Prep Team Member

• Prepare fresh ingredients according to Culver's standards
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines with accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen
• Properly rotate and label inventory
• Support the line and team to ensure smooth operations
• Help set the restaurant up for a strong, successful shift

This role requires focus, urgency, and attention to detail - your work directly impacts the entire team's performance.
