The High-Tech Hybrid Cardiac Operating Room includes six new rooms equipped with the latest technological tools and a new post-anesthesia care unit.$10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available for RNs with 2+ Years of Cardiac RN Experience**Prorated according to FTEFull Time and Part Time Roles Available on Day, Evening, and Night ShiftsOur Cardiac Operating Room (OR) RNs:Circulate and scrub in a variety of surgeries including general, thoracic, vascular, orthopedic trauma, plastics, robotic, pediatrics, etc.Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, surgeons, anesthesiologists, registered nurses (RN), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.Advocate for patients through safety intervention and support.What You'll Bring:Passion for Cardiac Perioperative Services1+ years of Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) experience, Cardiac OR experience preferred.Completion of a Periop 101 course or equivalent perioperative fellowship/residencyEducation: Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) degreeWill consider Associates Degree if enrolled in an accredited BSN programLicensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & RegistrationCertification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required, CNOR preferredPosted Salary RangeUSD $54.48 - USD $82.03 /Hr.This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
