Production Worker

Manufacturing Position

Perform production and manufacturing tasks, including machine operation, material handling, and assembly.

Load and unload parts and materials on production lines.

Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery following work instructions and safety guidelines.

Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet specifications.

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Read and follow basic blueprints, work instructions, and production schedules.

Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges.

Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.

Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Work overtime and weekends as needed.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Work Environment

You will work in a large manufacturing facility with over 200 employees and approximately 40 current openings across multiple production areas. The environment is industrial and fast-paced, with a variety of equipment including spot weld machines, robotic welders, laser machines operated with overhead cranes, rotary machines, brake presses, and die presses, as well as powder coat and e-coat lines.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Defiance, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $20.00/hr.
