You keep operations moving, you keep people confident, and you make sure every associate who walks in feels like they are in good hands. Your core hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, but this is a role for someone who stays flexible. That means:Building genuine relationships with clients and job seekers, and being the first call for staffing needs, placements, and ongoing supportReviewing resumes, assessing candidates, and spotting the right talent for each rolePartnering with recruiters and leadership to build staffing strategies that hit hiring goalsRepresenting Midway at job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach to keep a strong pipeline flowingOwning the onboarding process, from background checks to new hire paperwork, and keeping every file complete and compliantLeading first-day logistics so new hires feel welcomed and set up to succeedSupporting payroll by reviewing hours, processing timecards, and approving them accurately and on timeChecking in regularly with clients and associates to keep satisfaction high and catch issues early, including flexing your schedule when a check-in is needed outside standard hoursWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent required1 to 2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support (agency experience is a bonus)Bilingual in English and SpanishStrong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build rapport fastSharp organizational skills and comfort juggling priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven settingFlexibility to adjust your hours for associate and client check-ins when the operation calls for itProficiency with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite, plus experience with an Applicant Tracking SystemConfidence conducting in-person and phone interviews with real attention to detailA proactive, solution-first mindset and the ability to work independently and on a teamWhat You GetWeekly pay at $23.50/hour, plus placement commissions and monthly bonus potentialReal career growth with clear pathways inside a fast-expanding organizationA steady weekday schedule with your weekends fully yoursA team that has your back and a mission you can be proud ofIf you are ready to make a real impact, build relationships that matter, and lead the floor in Arlington, we want to meet you.
