Senior Operations Support Specialist

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Operations Support Specialist - Onsite for a contract position with a Major Energy Company located in El Paso, TX. This is a 6-12 month contract opportunity. Compensation: $20.00- $22.50 per hour, W2, based on qualifications Position Overview: This role provides crucial support for construction project closures, focusing on the accurate, complete, and timely documentation of capital construction work. The Senior Operations Support Specialist will also ensure the correct reconciliation and processing of contractor invoices and assist with financial forecasting. KeyResponsibilities: Compile, analyze, reconcile, and complete all tasks associated with closing a construction project and processing contractor invoices, including job orders, completion reports, as-builts, leakage logs, and contract terms Utilize systems such as Maximo, Oracle, Markview, Locus View, PowerPlant, ONE Map, Business Intelligence, TEAMS, SharePoint, and Excel to enter or verify data and prepare reports Communicate effectively with Field Operations, Engineering, GIS, and Property Accounting on the quality of documentation and status of pending work Assist and support financial forecasting processes by analyzing project statuses and invoice timing Prepare debit memos and journal entries for labor and property corrections Handle job-to-job material transfers Maintain regular and reliable attendance Primary Requirements: 1-3 years of relevant experience Experience reviewing project or construction documentation and contractor invoices Experience with the use and function of office equipment, including computers and applicable software Experience with policies, procedures, and terminology applicable to the position Experience reading and interpreting different types of manuals, forms, publications, maps, and reports Experience interacting, advising, and communicating with internal and external customers Experience composing and preparing correspondence and reports Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English Preferred Associate\'s Degree in business administration, a related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
