Program Manager

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid - Must be able to attend the office as needed) Interview: In-Person Employment Type: W2 Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of a software modernization project. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation. Apply Project Management methodologies to ensure collaboration, transparency, and timely delivery. Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and change requests. Coordinate with business stakeholders, development, operations, security, and executive leadership. Monitor project metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders. Resolve technical and project challenges related to legacy modernization and system integration. #SKILL MATRIX: college Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or Business with a focus on Technology At least One Project Management license like PMP, PMI_ACP required. Other Agile/Scrum certifications can strengthen credibility. Past projects that involved legacy system migration, re-factoring or modernization would be highly preferred Experience with Project & Portfolio management tools like Clarity PPM, Azure DevOps, SharePoint and other off-the-shelf operational systems. Familiarity with Cloud Technologies, Microservices and modern DevOps practices Legacy Systems Analysis and Integration points to determine modernization path. Requires an understanding of Application Architecture, Refactoring, re-architecting, or rebuilding strategies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
