Associate Brand Manager, Similac Delivery & Performance - Nutrition - Columbus, OH

Abbott seeks an Associate Brand Manager for Similac to drive commercial strategy and profitable growth through analytics and retail execution. The role translates brand strategy into measurable results by analyzing consumer and market data, optimizing pricing and assortment, and partnering across functions to support portfolio objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead business performance analysis for Similac using consumer, shopper, and syndicated data to inform growth strategies
• Develop data-driven pricing, promotional, assortment, and demand forecasting recommendations
• Evaluate distribution and channel expansion opportunities; optimize trade and marketing investments through ROI analysis
• Support new product launches with business case development, launch analytics, and commercialization planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand strategy into retail programs and executive recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field
• 2–5 years of brand management, commercial strategy, or CPG marketing experience
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into business actions
• Experience with business forecasting, demand planning, and performance measurement
• Proficiency analyzing syndicated data sources and retail performance metrics
• Financial acumen in P&L management, pricing analysis, and ROI optimization
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
