PT/FT Lounge Bartender

Lounge Bartender Position

We are hiring a Lounge Bartender! Responsibilities include setting up the bar, breaking down the bar, locking up liquor, and properly storing fruit and juices. You will accept drink orders from guests and servers in proper calling order, make cocktails in accordance with beverage standards using a standard jigger, and follow all check handling procedures, including credit card policies. No cash tabs will be accepted. You will complete all opening and closing duties as listed on the checklist, check and replace glassware where needed, stock and replenish ice at all ice stations, and clean floors in the area of responsibility at the end of each shift. Additionally, you will empty and steam-clean trashcans at the end of each shift or as necessary, be responsible for the inventory of soda and juices and their stock rotation, and stock and replenish beer in bottles and kegs when necessary.
