Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Onsite | Monday–Thursday 7:30/8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 7:30/8:00 AM until expected 40 hours are met | On-call expected one weekend per month; low census call may apply with a minimum 2-hour callback

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and develop individualized care plans for patients in accordance with Physical Therapy standards of practice
• Provide care across a mixed inpatient and outpatient caseload spanning the full lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Treat a diverse patient population including orthopedic post-operative cases (TKA, THA, TSA, etc.) and outpatient neurological conditions
• Document patient care accurately to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements using Epic EMR
• Float to an affiliated outpatient clinic as needed
• Adhere to facility infection control policies, including masking requirements during flu season if vaccination is declined

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Michigan State Physical Therapy License required
• AHA or ARC BLS Certification required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with orthopedic post-operative rehabilitation and outpatient neurology
• Familiarity with Epic EMR documentation
• Ability to adapt to census-driven scheduling changes and work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
