Adult Nutrition Inside Sales Representative

Abbott seeks an Inside Sales Representative for its nutrition business in Columbus, Ohio. This 12-24 month developmental role involves phone-based selling of therapeutic nutrition products to healthcare facilities, designed to prepare high performers for field sales positions across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone-based sales to field customer account locations within assigned territories
• Manage monthly budgetary responsibilities and territory sales targets
• Support field sales force training, marketing promotions, and product extension programs
• Participate in field events including sales leadership meetings and industry conventions
• Receive and implement coaching feedback to enhance sales professionalism and call quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Communication, Business, or Human Ecology/Food and Nutrition
• Ability to relocate to Columbus, Ohio for the assignment duration
• Willingness to relocate nationwide upon transition to field sales
• Demonstrated effective selling skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and marketing databases
• Results-oriented mindset with adaptability and coachability
