Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators and other production employees.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products.
• Perform basic assembly, packaging, labeling, and sorting duties.
• Inspect materials and products for visible defects.
• Keep production and storage areas clean and organized.
• Operate basic hand tools, carts, and other approved equipment.
• Follow job instructions and production schedules.
• Dispose of scrap and waste materials properly.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Wear required personal protective equipment.
• Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, and quality problems.
• Perform other general labor and maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
