Every interaction you have makes a real impact in someone's healthcare journey.Here, you're not just answering phones or checking people in—you're helping your community access high-quality, affordable care in a warm, welcoming environment.Why You'll Love Working With UsMeaningful Work: Every day, you'll make healthcare more accessible for families in our community.Team Support: Collaborate with caring professionals across medical, dental, and behavioral health services.Inclusive Culture: Be part of a workplace that celebrates compassion, respect, and collaboration.What You'll DoWelcome and assist patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.Explain services, eligibility, and sliding fee scale options.Educate patients about deposits, balances, and payment plans.Collect and reconcile deposits and co-pays.Verify insurance and patient information, and update required paperwork.Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.Refer uninsured patients to Outreach & Enrollment for assistance.Connect patients to additional support services when needed.Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth front-office operations.What You BringHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Prior customer service or front-office experience preferred.Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.A compassionate, patient-focused approach.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Bonus Qualities:Experience working with diverse or vulnerable populations.Friendly, dependable, and eager to be part of a mission-driven team.Benefits That Support YouEmployees working 32+ hours/week receive full benefits; those working 24–31 hours/week receive prorated benefits.
