Rehabilitation Liaison

OhioHealth is seeking a Clinical Rehab Liaison to drive growth of our rehabilitation services across our not-for-profit network. In this sales-focused clinical role, you will build and manage referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners while serving as a trusted resource for patients and families. Responsibilities include clinical screenings, coordinating admissions, educating stakeholders on rehab options, and tracking referral metrics. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a supportive, inclusive culture that values compassion, diversity, and innovation, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and community impact.
