RN Charge Nurse

Position Summary The primary purpose of your job is to assess residents’ needs, develop an individualized care plan, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivering nursing care in a SNF setting. Supervision must be conducted in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our community, and as required by the Director of Nursing Services or designee to ensure the highest quality of care. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice per the community’s Administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures. Education/Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LPN within the state in which you work. Must possess a current CPR certification. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software. Shift & Wage Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available Shifts Needed: 7:00a - 7:00p, 7:00p - 7:00a Wage: $38.00 - $44.00 per hour, Based on Experience Program details can vary amongst buildings. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to residents in a SNF setting, including assessing needs, developing care plans, administering care, and evaluating outcomes. Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and policies.
