Execute the timely completion of due diligence deliverables, often under tight transaction deadlines.
Manage various transactions, which vary in size and complexity from single-property deals to complex portfolios involving 50 to 100 properties or significantly more.
Support and partner with attorneys, who will work directly with title companies, borrower’s counsel, and other third parties to ensure all diligence is completed efficiently and accurately.
