Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our fast-paced Emergency Department. The successful candidate will work in a high-volume and dynamic environment, providing exceptional care to our diverse patient population. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, adhering to established protocols.
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Assist in emergency procedures and patient stabilization efforts.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse with at least 1 year in an Emergency Department setting.
• Experience in a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center is preferred.
• Current and valid RN license with required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, and ENPC.
• Ability to work in all areas of the ED and collaborate effectively within a team.
