Avenue Real Estate Group is hiring someone to run a team of AI bots. This is a full-time, in-office role in the St. Louis area, with annual compensation of $50,000–$65,000 depending on experience. Your job is to give bots clear instructions, keep them moving, check their work, and step in when something breaks or needs human judgment. You will also use AI to build and update simple applications, improve workflows, and automate more of the business. You do not need to be a programmer. You need to be organized, confident with technology, and willing to figure things out.
