Wichert Insurance operates multiple LLCs owned by Principal Partners who own all or part of the LLC where they perform traditional Sales and Service of P&C products. We can accommodate the acquisition of your book or agency, as well as the eventual sale independent of our other LLCs. We are not a franchise, nor a cluster. We have the best lineup of Carriers without the illusory appeal of the aggregators. Wichert Insurance provides National broker capabilities for the successful producer to thrive. The target individual will have a minimum of $300,000 retail or wholesale revenue able to move to our platform immediately. Generally $1,000,000 revenue is needed to warrant the individual LLC. But the individual always maintains a vested ownership in the book. Licensed in all States, we are based mostly in Ohio. We do provide all the backroom of onshore staffing able to operate in virtually any State. We have a full service MGA/DUA with Surplus Lines capabilities in most States. We have Loss Control and TPA claims capabilities for the right niche. About the Role The role involves engaging with clients and managing insurance products effectively while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs. Manage and service P&C products. Ensure compliance with industry regulations. Maintain a vested ownership in the book. Utilize National broker capabilities to enhance service delivery. Qualifications Minimum of $300,000 retail or wholesale revenue. $1,000,000 plus to warrant separate LLC. Required Skills Strong sales and service skills. Ability to manage client relationships effectively. Knowledge of P&C products. Preferred Skills Experience in managing a book of business. Familiarity with MGA/DUA operations if a wholesale book. Loss Control and TPA claims experience if larger risks involved.
